Terms of Service

Sunday Run is invite-only and intended for adults (18+). You may only create an account if you've been invited by an existing member or approved by an organizer.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Don't share your account with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, email hi@sundaypickup.com.

• Don't harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Don't use the Service to send spam or attempt to access accounts or data you're not authorized to see.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.

Organizers can remove anyone from the roster at their discretion, for any reason, including conduct on or off the court.

When you sign up and provide your phone number, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Sunday Run about runs, including weekly invites, RSVP confirmations, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies (typically one to three per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Sunday Run is a recreational pickup basketball game. Participation is at your own risk. Basketball involves physical contact and the inherent risk of injury. By RSVP'ing and showing up to a run, you acknowledge those risks and agree that Sunday Run, its organizers, and other participants are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage you suffer in connection with a run, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You're responsible for being in good enough health to participate and for carrying your own health and accident insurance.

If a run has a cost-share for court time, the amount and method will be communicated in the run details. Payment is between participants and the organizer. Sunday Run does not currently process payments through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific run will happen as scheduled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Run and its organizers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or participation in a run.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we decide, in our discretion, to remove you from the roster.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
